摘要:羽毛球运动具有很强的技术性,初学者在学习高远球时费很大力也打不出高质量的高远球。羽毛球的核心力量训练在于尽可能地使得机体协调一致,保证运动员在进行体育训练时能量的供给充足,平衡稳定躯体,更好地发挥作用。但是,往往大多数的运动员的四肢运动的能量供给无法在短时间内达到平衡,躯干没有给予四肢运动足够的发力支撑,下肢的力量无法及时传递到上肢,造成手腕的力量难以集中,击球时,缺乏爆发力。本文以《浅析核心力量对羽毛球高远球的影响》为题,采用了文献资料法、逻辑分析法和访谈法,简述了核心力量与羽毛球高远球的相关概念,以及核心力量训练方法、核心力量对羽毛球高远球的影响和羽毛球教学中存在的问题,并为之提出了几个建议。综合文中提到的几点得出羽毛球高远球的训练要依托核心力量来完成,因此应重视核心力量的训练。核心训练的的训练模式主要分为两种:训练核心区集群,专项训练。 85229
