轨道交通基标测设方法研究

摘要地铁是现代城市的主要交通工具,近年来轨道交通迅猛发展,对列车的安全行驶要求越来越高。由于地铁的轨道结构整体道床都是由混凝土浇筑而成,轨道工程一次定位,钢轨的位置可调整距离十分有限,而许多施工单位对铺轨控制基标测设工作并不十分熟悉,造成测设控制基标的过程中经常返工。并且因测设过程中操作失误使得铺轨基标测设精度不高,严重影响了轨道铺设施工进度和质量。铺轨基标的测设点多、作业程序严格、精度要求高,在一般轨道工程中只要主要的方法和技术指标附和要求且经济合理,同时对使用的仪器和操作流程严格控制,就能满足所需测量精度要求和提高工作效率。74068

本文以苏州轨道交通四号线为例,从轨道交通测量的主要流程及测量原理入手,着重分析在汽车客运站到庞金路这段区间内的基标测设及加密点放样的施工标准和精度。通过分级测设,采用全站仪极坐标放样的方法,并将最终数据归化改正得到控制基标较高精度的坐标数据。右线数据为分析数据进行平差检核,将工作测量得到的数据与原始设计数据对比、分析,结合基标的测设流程,总结出如何有效的进行高精度基标放样。

Research on the method of track traffic base calibration

Abstract Metro is the main means of transport in modern city, in recent years, the rapid development of rail transport, the safety requirements of the train is more and more high。Because the subway track of the overall structure of the bed is made of concrete pouring, track engineering a positioning, the rail position can adjust its distance is limited, and many construction units of laying control benchmark survey and design work are not very familiar with, resulting in survey and design of the underlying control based process often rework。And because of the surveying errors the tracklaying base mapping accuracy is not high, serious impact on the track laying construction progress and quality。Their stalls, strict operation procedure, high precision measurements of tracklaying benchmarks, in the general track engineering as long as the main methods and technical parameters of echo requirements and reasonable in economy, and on the use of the instrument and the flow of operation strictly control, will be able to meet the required precision and high work efficiency。

Taking Suzhou rail transit line four as an example, this paper starts with the main flow and measurement principle of the rail transit survey,focuses on the bus station to the Pang Jin Lu interval mapping based construction standards and setting out accuracy and encryption,Through grading test using total station polar coordinate lofting method and the final data naturalized correct control based high precision coordinate data。To the right line of data for the analysis of data of adjustment check, the data obtained from the measurement and calculation of the original data cross comparison and analysis, combined with the basic measuring design process summed up how to effective for high precision based standard setting out。
