摘要:以毛豆荚为原料,对微波辅助提取毛豆荚中总皂苷的工艺进行优化研究。利用Box-Behnken 的中心组合设计原理及响应面法(RSM)分析建立二次回归模型,对乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取时间和微波温度四个因素进行优化。经试验确定微波辅助提取毛豆荚中总皂苷的最佳工艺条件是乙醇体积分数55.7%、料液比1:19.98(g/mL)、微波温度70℃、提取时间为36.99min。考虑到实际生产,工艺参数确定为:料液比为1:20(g/mL)、微波温度为70℃、提取时间为37min、乙醇体积分数为56%。在该最佳工艺条件下,理论毛豆荚中总皂苷的最大提取率为39.9μg/g,该工艺条件有效提高了毛豆荚中总皂苷的提取率。71279

Abstract:Using the husk of green soy bean as the raw material, saponins were extracted with distilled water and alcohol under the assistance of microwave,and the extraction process was optimized by using response surface analysis which was based on Box-Behnken design to examine the effects of extraction conditions including alcohol concentration, material-to-liquid ratio, microwave treatment time and extraction temperature on saponin yield, which were reflected by a quadratic regression model. The results showed that the optimal values of the extraction conditions were as follows: alcohol concentration 56%,material-to-liquid ratio 1:20(g/mL), microwave treatment time 37 min and extraction temperature 70℃. Under these optimum conditions, the saponin yield was 39.9μg/g, and the extraction ratio was higher than before .
