设计说明：本设计主要是进行年产10000瓶白兰地工厂的设计。

本设计是从当地环境，地理优势方向考虑。我国目前存在大量的山地面积使用不当，部分果农的水果因交通运输不便导致水果无法运出，水果最终因变质而被丢弃在田地里，这不仅仅是果农经济上受到极大的损失，而且是对社会自然资源的浪费，现小型白兰地工厂为中心，周围的农田改为种植葡萄，以增加土地的经济效益。本课题旨在建立白兰地生产线，设计现代工业生产白兰地流水线工厂。71319

本课题通过研究白兰地工厂生产线的设计以对我国的田地综合应用与效益提高为前提，通过设备筛选从而选出最为合理的白兰地工厂生产机械，和做出部分现代最新设备的更替，对完整工业流水线做出基本结构性的设计。同时进行原料计算与物料、能源、用水量的计算。并加以总结吸收，设计出符合解决我国果农基本问题的工厂设计。

考虑各种综合因素，要杜绝对环境进行破坏的行为，综合当地的生产能力进行适当规模的工厂设计，有利于资金合理利用，人员安排的适量，仪器合理的购买。
