摘  要:氮素是植物生长必需的营养元素之一,是诊断作物氮素营养、评价作物生长状况的重要参考指标。多光谱分析技术可以大面积、无损实时获取小麦植株氮含量信息,这对于小麦生产中精确施氮管理及产量预测具有重要意义。本实验以3种冬小麦品种,4种不同的施氮水平的田间实验为基础,使用CGM302作物生长检测诊断仪和GreenSeeker植物冠层光谱仪来研究植被指数与小麦氮含量之间的关系,分析了小麦冠层归一化植被指数、比值植被指数和差值植被指数与不同时期小麦氮含量的相关性。结果表明:(1)小麦叶片、茎蘖、植株的氮含量均随着施氮量的增加而增加;(2)基于GreenSeeker 的归一化植被以及基于CGMD302 的归一化植被指数和差值植被指数所构建的小麦叶片氮含量反演模型拟合程度较好,基于GreenSeeker 的归一化植被指数以及基于CGMD302的归一化植被指数和差值植被指数所构建的小麦茎蘖、植株的氮含量反演模型拟合程度较低;(3)基于CGMD302 的比值植被指数所构建的小麦叶片、茎蘖、植株的氮含量反演模型拟合程度低。66466

Abstract: Nitrogen is one of the nutrients essential for plant growth, crop nitrogen nutrition diagnosis, evaluation of crop conditions in important reference. Multi-spectral technology large area, no damage and obtain real-time information on wheat nitrogen content, which is important for producing wheat precise nitrogen fertilizer management and production forecasts. In this experiment, three kinds of winter wheat varieties, four different nitrogen levels based on field experiments to study the relationship between NDVI and wheat nitrogen content and to analyze  relevance between the wheat canopy spectra NDVI, RVI, DVI and wheat nitrogen content of different periods by using CGM302 detection diagnostic and GreenSeeker crop canopy spectrometer .The results showed that: (1) wheat leaf layer tiller, plant nitrogen content increased with the increase of nitrogen increases; (2) based on the nitrogen content of wheat leaf layer GreenSeeker NDVI, CGMD302 NDVI and CGMD302 DVI constructed Inversion model fitting degree is better, but based on GreenSeeker NDVI, constructed CGMD302 NDVI and CGMD302 DVI wheat stem tillers, plant low nitrogen content inversion model fitting degree; (3) wheat leaf layer is based CGMD302 RVI constructed, the Tiller, a low nitrogen content level inversion model fitting plant.
