茶树精油抗菌性研究

采用了醇水比分别为9:4和1:4的2种精油微乳体系,研究了茶树精油精油及其微乳液对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果、最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和生长曲线

摘要:本文采用了醇水比分别为9:4和1:4的2种精油微乳体系,研究了茶树精油精油及其微乳液对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果、最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和生长曲线。同时,考察了影响茶树精油和其微乳液抑菌效果的因素(pH、蔗糖、食盐)。试验结果表明:茶树精油和微乳液1对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度一样,微乳液2对大肠杆菌的MIC比以上两种精油溶液高出一个梯度,对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC和以上相同。说明微乳液1和茶树精油的抑菌效果相差无几,微乳液1的抑菌效果比微乳液2较优。  茶树精油和其微乳液1能显著的延长大肠杆菌的调整期,并且缩短对数生长期。微乳液2和微乳液1相较之下,它的对数生长期不是很明显,抑菌效果略差,且微乳液1的配方有效的提高了精油的抑菌功能。  MIC浓度的茶树精油和其微乳液的动态抑菌结果同样能有效的延长金黄色葡萄球菌生长曲线的调整期,2种配方之间的动态抑菌效果差异不是很大。  在pH = 5 ~ 10 范围内,当茶树精油和其微乳液添加量为MIC 时,能较好地抑制大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的生长,且随着pH 值的升高,抑菌作用先减弱后增强。食盐和蔗糖都可以使细菌细胞外界渗透压升高从而导致细菌细胞内失水,降低了细胞的存活率,一定用量的食盐及蔗糖与茶树精油之间存在明显的协同抑菌作用。43790

Tea tree oil antimicrobial properties research

Abstract:The paper adopted the alcohol water than two essnential oil respectively.and cast 1:4 microemulsion system,tea tree oil essence and microemulsion was studied was studied in escherchia coli and staphylococcus aureus antibacterial effect,minimal inhibitory concetration and the growth curve.At the same time,invesigate tea tree essential oil and the influence of the bacteriostatic effect of microemulsion factors(pH,sugar,salt).Experimental results show that tea tree oil and microemusion 1 of eschericha coil and staphlococus auteus auteus minimum bacteriostatic concentration,used microemulsion 2 of MIC of staphylocous aureus is the above.Microemuslsion 1 andthe bacteriostatic effect of tea tree oil,the bacteriostatic effect of micoremuslion 1 better than microemulsion 2.Tea tree oil essential oil and its microemulsion 1 could significantly prolong the adjustment of e.coli,and shorren the logarithmic phase.Micro emuslsion and microemulsion 1  2,by contrast,the logarithmic phase is not obvious,the bacteriostatic effent of slightly,and the formula of the microemulsion 1 effective improve the antibacterial function of essential oils.MIC concentrations of tea tree oil and dynamic of the microemulsion bacteriostatic results can also be effective to extend and staphylococcus aureus growth curve of adjustment,the bacteriostatic effect of dynamic between two kinds of formula is not very big. Within the scoppe of  the pH=5~10,when tea tree essential oil and add quantity of MIC,the microenulsion can inhibit the growth of escherichia coil and staphylococcus aureus,and with the inctease of pH,bacteriostatic action to abate after enhancement.Salt and sugar can make bacerial cells outisde higher osmotic pressure resulting in bacterial cells inside the water loss,reduce the cell survival rate,acertain amount of salt and sugar and tea tree essential oil between the obvious svnergy bacteriostatic action.
