财务杠杆在筹资决策中的运用

摘要资本市场在我国建立的较西方发达国家较晚，所以研究企业融资策略还比较初级，但是我国的市场发展迅速，上市公司在社会中的影响越来越大，所以研究企业的融资行为对社会经济的发展就有非常重要的意义，而财务杠杆作为一种公司的财务工具在研究企业的行为尤其是筹资行为上有着很重要的影响，如何合理的运用财务杠杆就显得极为重要。81380

本文首先对解释了一下什么叫做财务杠杆以及财务杠杆的效应、原理，财务风险和融资策略，随后把上面几个要素相结合，探讨一下企业的融资决策以及融资行为，也分析了企业应该如何合理的应用财务杠杆来规避掉财务风险从而是企业更加良好的经营下去。
