摘要：随着经济的飞速发展，人们的生活不断得到改善，环境问题也越来越受到重视。但是许多企业为了眼前的利益，不惜污染环境。现在，互联网发展迅猛，网络也成为环境披露的重要手段之一。化工行业是重污染行业之一，对环境信息披露研究具有代表性，所以这里我们以化工行业上市公司为例，研究网站环境信息披露影响因素。首先，分析相关论文的研究背景，研究意义和研究目的。通过参考文献资料，分析并总结关于该领域的研究状况，并从中借鉴好的研究方法和思路。其次提出有关网站环境披露影响因素的假设，通过内容分析和实证分析研究，用相关系数和回归模型对数据进行计算并验证假设是否成立。最后进行分析总结得出结论并提出一些建议。77843

Abstract: With the rapid development of economy, the life of people has been improved constantly and the problem of environment is becoming more and more attention。 However, many companies seriously pollute the environment in order to make profits。 At present, with the fast development of Internet, website becomes one of the methods of environmental disclosure。 The chemical industry is one of the heavy pollution industries。 Because it is on behalf of the research of environmental information disclosure, we use chemical industry as an example to research the causes of affecting website environmental disclosure。 Firstly, analyzing the relevant thesis research background, research significance and purpose。 By referring to literature, analyzing and summarizing the research situation about this filed to achieve great research methods and thoughts。 Secondly, putting forward hypotheses about website environmental disclosure of influencing factors。 Through content analysis and empirical analysis, using the correlation coefficient and regression model to calculate the data and verify the hypothesis is established。 Finally, analyzing and summarizing the data to draw a conclusion and put forward some advice。

1引言
我国化工行业环境污染情况严重，2015年上半年，安徽省各地共发生了6起重大环境污染事故，2015年8月12日发生的天津大爆炸事件震惊全国，波及范围广，致使165人死亡，798人受伤，也造成了68。66亿元的经济损失。近年来所发生的重大环境污染事件越来越受到重视，众多企业逐渐采取措施加入到环保的行列中去，在绿色生产和环保方面进行了多次交流和讨论，相关部门也制定了一系列规章制度。但是，仍然有许多企业对环境信息披露不够重视，政府也没有对其进行大力指导和监督，关于环境信息披露的法律法规也不完善，企业的相关受益者也因为企业没有披露完整的信息而受到了损失。因此，政府应出台相关法律法规，强制要求企业绿色生产，发展可持续道路。另外，企业要重视环境信息披露，要积极参与绿色环保活动，循环经济发展，承担履行保护环境的义务。如今，网络已经成为生活中密不可分的东西，再加上其方便快捷、自身的时效性、传播广泛和资源共享等特点，许多企业将互联网用于传播信息和收集信息。因此，通过公司网站对环境信息披露影响因素的研究更加丰富，更有意义。文献综述 企业网站环境信息披露影响因素研究:http://www.youerw.com/kuaiji/lunwen_89524.html
