摘 要：全球化带来的市场竞争越来越激烈，财务风险是中小企业当前所面临的需要重点防范的风险。中小企业处于急剧动荡变化的环境之中，在这样的环境中，企业的筹资、投资、收益分配都存在着风险性，这些财务风险如果得不到管理，就会导致企业经营出现问题。我国中小企业应该积极控制风险，针对企业已经存在的财务风险和可能出现的财务风险进行风险管理，这不仅仅是为了应对审计和监管的外在要求，更是企业的自身要求。本文以中小企业——南通三联石化设备有限公司为例，总体的分析研究了我国的中小企业财务风险管理，站在风险管理的角度来思考，分析中小企业财务风险管理的现状，指出中小企业财务风险管理存在的问题，财务风险管理的意义，并提出解决中小企业财务风险管理的积极有效的方法。69782
