摘要近年来，企业的增长管理已然是一个十分热门的话题。对于企业而言，增长是它的需求也是难点。一方面如果企业一盲目地追求快速增长而忽略企业资源匹配问题，就有可能导致财务危机更甚者破产。另一方面如果企业增长缓慢，就有可能导致资产的闲置和失去发展的机会。银行作为我国金融体系的核心，对社会经济的发展有着不可或缺的作用。这些年来上市银行发展迅速，同时在金融危机和外资银行的竞争下，我国上市银行的发展具有一定的挑战性。在这种背景下，研究上市银行的可持续增长就十分有意义。本文以交通银行为例,根据交通银行财务数据，分析该银行的增长情况，发现交通银行已经实现可持续增长，但是可持续增长率波动幅度大，且近年来呈下降趋势。针对如何提高上市银行的可持续增长率并实现可持续增长，本文提出了相关建议。 31898

Title Examination of the Sustainable Growth of Listed Banks From a Financial Perspective
——The Bank of Communications as an Example
Abstract
In recent years, the company's growth management already is a very hot topic. For businesses, the growth of its demand is difficult. On the one hand, if companies blindly pursue rapid growth while ignoring enterprise resource matching problem, it may lead to a financial crisis worse still bankrupt. On the other hand, if business growth is slow, it may lead to the loss of idle assets and opportunities of development. Bank as the core of our financial system, the development of the social economy has an indispensable role. Over the years the rapid development of listed banks, but in a competitive financial crisis and foreign banks, the development of China's listed banks have a certain degree of challenge. In this context, sustainable growth Listed banks will be very meaningful. In this paper, the Bank of Communications, for example, according to Bank of Communications 2009 - 2013 financial data between the growth in the bank's analysis found that the Bank has achieved sustained growth, but sustainable growth in large fluctuations and a downward trend in recent years. How to improve the sustainable growth rate of listed banks and to achieve sustainable growth, we propose recommendations.
