摘 要：当前环境问题在世界范围内都是一个重要的问题，节能减排就是在这样 的环境下提出的，本文主要以华能淮阴电厂为例，研究该公司节能减排项目的绩 效审计，分别阐述了该公司在节能减排项目的绩效审计中存在的问题，并进行了 原因分析；最后针对这些问题提出了提升煤炭发电厂节能减排审计的策略，通过 完善节能减排绩效审计法律、信息披露体系、评价指标等来促进华能淮阴电厂节 能减排项目绩效审计体系的完善。90783
