Abstract：Since 21st century, High speed development of science and technology, The tech industry is booming。 The performance evaluation system of high-tech enterprises quite different from the traditional one。Most of China's high-tech enterprises are small or medium sized company, which are all in the start-up period or growth period of the life cycle。 Small and medium-sized tech companies have a lot of new features compared to big tech companies。And

most of them have problems in their management。Most of the small or medium companies still use the traditional performance evaluation system which focus on business volume and sales and other financial indicators without taking their own characteristics into consideration。 And, most of the small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises in the company's performance evaluation system is not combined with the characteristics of the enterprise, is not conducive to the long-term development of the enterprise。
