摘要作为一种新型的辅助运输设备，DG200型圆管带式输送机有利于清洁连续的短距离输送的颗粒物，其设计的作用是解决运送两仓库间的小麦的问题。其组成包括了电动滚筒、联轴器、改向滚筒、输送带、托辊、机架、拉紧装置、清扫器与给料系统等装置。该型输送机采用封闭式运输，避免漏料、洒料等，可满足环保要求。83329

DG200型圆管带式输送机在设计上可以达到每小时150吨的运量，而且该带式输送机运转稳定，操作简单，结构简单，可以长距离输送。本次设计该机型的主要不同之处是为该机型在拉紧装置方面做出了改变，选用了液压拉紧装置。大大改善了传统带式输送机拉紧装置的局限性。
