中文摘要装甲车辆历来都是战争中不可或缺的武器装备之一,但由于战地环境十分恶劣,崎岖不平的路面使装甲车辆在行进中不断产生高频率振动,这种振动会对装甲车辆乘员的身体各器官带来不利影响,严重的甚至会影响他们的呼吸、视力和心脏功能。因此,装甲车辆座椅减振研究备受各国学者关注。而磁流变技术的发展为减振控制带来了新思路,磁流变技术应用于结构减振的可行性也不断得到证实。本文在该背景下开展装甲车辆乘员座椅磁流变自适应减振研究。并建立了乘员座椅自适应减振控制系统动力学模型和基于天棚控制的控制策略,利用Matlab计算机软件,编制了乘员座椅磁流变自适应减振控制仿真程序,仿真结果表明减振效果良好。设计了用于乘员座椅减振的磁流变阻尼器,基于此,设计了乘员座椅自适应减振控制系统样机,进行了振动台试验,试验结果表明,设计的乘员座椅自适应减振控制系统加速度均方根值降低40%以上,减振效果良好。83069

Title   Research on Adaptive Vibration Control of Crews’ Seat  in armored vehicles                   

Abstract Armored vehicles have always been one of the indispensable weapon in wars。 With terrible battlefield environment and rugged road surface, armored vehicles produce high-frequency vibration constantly while moving。 Such kind of vibration will adversely affect crews' health, and even their breathing, vision and heart function。 Consequently, research on vibration control of crews’ seat is widely concerned worldwide。 The development of the magnetorheological technology sheds light on vibration control, and the feasibility of applying the technology to vibration reduction has been proved。 Under the mentioned background, this paper carries out research on magnetorheological adaptive vibration control of crews’ seat on armored vehicles。 This paper establishes dynamic model of adaptive vibration reduction control of crews’ seat system, and the control strategy based on skyhook control as well。 With computer software--Matlab, the simulation of the magnetic fluid adaptive vibration control works out。 Results show that the damper functions better。 This paper also designs a magnetorheological damper, based on which, a prototype of the adaptive control system of crews’ seat is designed。 Additionally, this paper operates shaking table tests, and results show that the root mean square value of system’s acceleration is reduced by more than 40%, which indicates that it’s effective to reduce vibration by a magnetorheological damper。
