摘要本文设计了一个模拟 4000 米深海静水压力环境的试验平台,该平台组成部分有: 容器缸体、位于容器缸体上端的上端盖、密封法兰、一些辅助零部件及控制系统。容器 缸底部开设一个高速摄像机观察孔,安装组件,高速摄像机安装在观察孔组件下方,用 于实时监测被测物的试验情况;上端盖上开设了一个注水孔,通过注水孔将水注入容器 缸,实现压力改变,上端盖上设计了一个光源孔组件、压力传感器和泄压针阀,压力传 感器可实时检测内部压力,将数据传递到控制回路,实现保压,泄压针阀可用于试验前 排除缸内空气及试验后卸载缸内高压;气缸通过上端盖上的移动装置带动上端盖上下移 动,上端盖延伸凸缘及容器缸顶面延伸凸缘,利用凹型卡槽准确将上端盖锁紧在容器缸 上,密封卡槽分别用两个气缸控制其锁紧或松开;密封卡槽用于锁紧,双层密封设计用 于严密密封。82769

本文根据已知技术指标,基于 JB4732-1995《钢制压力容器-分析设计标准》,完 成结构方案设计、材料选择、结构设计及相关校核,最终确定尺寸,建立三维模型,绘 制二维图纸,并参考《液压气动系统设计手册》完成回路设计。最后利用 ANSYS 软件对 容器缸、上端盖及高压舱的变形、强度进行了分析,讨论了高压舱内部容积变化情况, 最终得出相关结论,验证高压舱的安全性。

Abstract This paper designed a simulation test platform of 4000-m deep sea hydrostatic pressure environment , the platform component are: a container cylinder, a end-cover which is located in a container at the top of the cylinder, a sealing flange, a few auxiliary components and control systems。 open a observation hole at the bottom of the cyliner container, to  real-timely

monitor the experiment,high-speed cameras is installed after subassemblies is installed first;

opened a water injection hole on the end-cover ,inject the water into injection container cylinders to pressure change, it's include of a light source hole component, a pressure sensor and a pressure needle valve on the end-cover, the pressure sensor monitor the  internal pressure momentarily, transfer data to the control circuit, mentaining a fixed  pressure, pressure needle valve is used to rule out the air in the cylinder before the experiment and unloading pressure in the cylinder; Cylinder through the end cover on the mobile device on the drive end cover to move up and down, the end cover flange and cylinder container top of extension flange, using concave type card slot accurately on the end cover lock cylinder on the container, the seal card slot respectively by two cylinder to control its lock tight or loose; Seal card slot used for locking, double seal design for hermetically sealed。

According to the known technical indicators, based on JB4732-1995  "Steel  pressure vessel - Analysis and design standards", the size of model is finally decided after structure project design, material selection, structure design and related verify,then set up the 3D model, draw the 2D drawings, and complete the loop design refered to " Hydraulic pneumatic system

design manual"。 When it's cylinder,the end-cover on the container,the shape change   and

strength of the high pressure tank are analyzed according to the ANSYS software, the internal volume change of hyperbaric chamber is discussed, the relevant conclusions finally is got to verify the safety of hyperbaric chamber。
