摘要刀式破碎机是一种新型的环保型城市生活垃圾处理设备，在借鉴了以往破碎机优点的基础上，拥有着广阔的发展前景。在确定了机器的整体设计方案后，就是各部分的细节优化，思考各个零件的设计、安装和定位，以及强度和使用寿命等问题。在零件的设计过程中，选择材料、设计形状和尺寸、校核强度、安装定位以及和其它零件的配合等是需要多加思考的。在初始确定时，可能要用到以往的设计经验，特别是经验公式的运用可以帮我们简化初始值的确定。在零件尺寸确定后，利用力学原理和机械设计的相关公式校核危险截面，确保满足使用要求。在进行整体装配时，要注意选用合理的配合公差和形位公差，既要满足机器的性能要求，也要经济和环保。82695

Abstract Knife crusher is a new type of environmentally disposal equipment of urban living garbage。It has an extensive prospect of development in that it takes several traits of other types of crushers。The details of several parts need to be optimized,after confirming the total conceptual design,that the design,install and location of important parts,also checking their intensity and life length。During the progress of the design of parts,it needs to be considered more that selecting material,designing shape and sizes,checking the intensity,confirming the install location and the cooperation of other parts。At the first step of the design of parts,something like the experience may work,especially empirical formulas which can help us simplify the progress of deciding the initial value。Dynamics principle and fomulas concerning mechanical design may be used to check the dangerous section,after confirming the size of the parts,to meet the use requirements。During the assembly of the total parts,we should pay attention to chooses suitable cooperation tolerance and form and position tolerance to meet the performance requirement。Of course,considering economic and environmental request is perferred。
