摘要中国锁具历史悠久,据出土文物考证和历史文献记载,锁具发展至今有五千年历 史。目前,大多数使用锁具的地方普遍采用的是市场上售卖的普通锁,他们都有一个 共同的特点,就是使用钥匙开关锁,防盗。对于开和锁都需要钥匙,无疑增加了时间 及操作环节。因此需要开发一种新型的锁具来取而代之,不仅具有防盗功能,而且通 过简易按压操作即可完成锁定。节约时间和免去用钥匙锁定的操作。82349

本论文主要进行了以下几个方面的研究

(1)对目前既有的按压锁进行调研,展望国内外按压锁专利的申请状况及市场需求, 了解到国内外按压锁市场仍面临严峻的挑战。

(2)查阅有关快锁机构的资料,结合本次设计的要求,选出二三种快锁机构作为上 锁机构,并且能将解锁机构融入其中。这样就能避免复杂结构,使锁具朝着简单化, 经济化方向发展。

(3)确定方案草图,预设尺寸参数,用 Solidworks 对按压锁进行三维建模。

(4)对预设的尺寸参数进行强度校核,需要校核的有锁栓和弹簧。

(5)将三维模型转化为二维装配图,并画出对应的零件图。 最后对整个设计过程进行概括性总结,学会如何查资料,做设计。以及在此过程中学到了做人做事的道理。

Abstract Chinese locks have long history, according to research archaeological finds and historical records, lock the development so far has five thousand years of history。 Currently, the most commonly used where the use of locks on the market for sale of ordinary lock, they all have a common characteristic is the use of a key switch lock, security。 For open and lock keys are required, it will increase the time and operational aspects。 Therefore a need to develop a new type of lock to replace it, not only has anti-theft feature, and is pressed by a simple operation to complete locking。 Saving time and eliminating the need to use the key to lock operation。

This thesis mainly the following several aspects of research:

(1)Pressing the lock on the current existing research, domestic and foreign presslock outlook patent application conditions and market demand, domestic and foreign  presslearned lock market is still facing serious challenges。

(2) Check out the quick-lock mechanism data, combined with the requirements  ofthis design, select twenty-three kinds of quick-lock mechanism as the locking    mechanismand can fit in unlocking mechanism。 This would avoid the complicated structure, the    locktowards simplification, economic direction。

(3)To determine the program sketch, the default size parameters, press lock with Solidworks to three-dimensional modeling。

(4) The size of the preset parameters strength check,you need to check the lock bolt and spring。

(5)Three-dimensional  model  is  transformed  into  a  two-dimensional    assembly drawing, and draw the corresponding parts in FIG。     Finally, a general summary of the entire design process, learn how to find information,to do the design。 And in the process I learned how to get the truth。
