摘 要本次毕业设计的题目是平面磨削台式砂带机冲压件模具设计。平面磨削台式砂带机用于打磨金属和一些非金属工件,处于和砂轮磨削同等重要的地位,在现代中,有“万能磨削”之称。在该砂带机中有三个零件是需要冲压制作,分别是砂带机底座、皮带外壳、砂带固定架,而本毕业设计的目的就是综合运用模具所学知识对这三个零件进行冲压件模具设计。82236

首先要对冲压件进行工艺分析,包括材料、精度、形状等,然后进行模具方案设计,像冲裁模具、弯曲模具、拉深模具、成形模具、级进模具。模具方案确定之后要进行具体结构设计,然后进行冲压力计算,压力机选择,最后进行具体部件设计计算。经过如上步骤共完成了四个模具:拉深—冲孔复合模、拉深—冲孔倒装复合模、级进模、弯曲模,依靠Solidworks和CAD制图软件进行三维和二维绘制。

在模具设计过程中,模具结构简洁,并符合要求。拉深模定位较好,有压边装置,工件精度高;级进模自动化生产,提高生产效率,节约成本和时间;弯曲模有校正装置,保证弯曲位置精度。通过加载标准件,减少了模具制造成本和制造难度,对企业模具设计具有指导意义。这也是毕业设计中的一个很大的收获。

Abstract The topic of this graduation design is plane grinding sand desktop machine stamping die design。 Plane grinding desktop sand machine is used for grinding metal and nonmetal workpieces, which is equally important with grinding wheel grinding。, and is called the "universal grinding", in the modern。 There are three parts in the sand machine need to stamping production, respectively is sand, belt casing, abrasive belt machine base fixed frame, and the purpose of this graduation design is the integrated use of die knowledge on these three parts stamping die design。

Stamping process analysis is the first to do , including materials, precision, shape, etc, and then is for the die design, like the blanking die, bending die, drawing die, the forming die, progressive die。 After the die scheme designed was the structure designed, and calculate the die’s force press, finally, design and calculate specific components。 After all above steps designed four dies ,like deep drawing, punching compound die, drawing, punching inversion compound die, progressive die, bending die。 Lastly rely on  and CAD drawing software for three and two peacekeeping drawing。

In the process of die design, on the whole die structure is concise, and meets the requirements。 Deep drawing die design positioning is good, which have a blank holder device, and high precision of workpieces; Progressive die design production automation, improve production efficiency, savings cost and time; Bending correction device, ensure the bending location accuracy。 By  load standard parts, reduced the die manufacturing cost and the difficulty of manufacture ,and the mold design has a guiding significance to the enterprise。 This is also a big harvest of graduation design。
