摘要中国风力资源丰富,给风力发电机的发展提供了得天独厚的条件。发电机弹性支撑,作为风机的重要部件之一,它的相关技术也逐渐开始成熟起来。为了使得国内的技术快速成长起来,很多先进成熟的技术被大量引进,但引进的弹性支撑结构很容易出现固有频率与国产机型不符合,而且大量的重复设计会消耗很多的人力资源,急需一个能辅助设计的开发平台来解决该行业的问题。

本课题借鉴企业风力发电机弹性支撑的设计经验,基于Visual Basic 程序设计语言设计出一个发电机弹性支撑开发平台。该平台的主要功能为:通过数据库将产品数据分类储存以供借鉴、按照设计公式计算出相应的尺寸、利用solidworks方程式自动生成装配图、链接有限元并辅助分析其结果。在实际设计过程中,为了更好地适应传统的设计习惯,本文以发电机组电机支撑结构的创新设计过程为例,从理论计算到三维造型和虚拟装配,最后完成有限元分析,完全再现了传统的设计流程。所创新的三向调节机构丰富了弹性支撑的结构体系,并为之后的创新工作提供参考。82151

Abstract

China is rich in wind resources, to the development of wind power generator provides a unique condition。 Generator elastic support, as the fan is one of the most important components, it gradually began to mature。 In order to make the domestic technology to grow up fast, many advanced mature technology was the introduction of a large number, but the introduction of flexible supporting structure is prone to natural frequency and domestic models do not meet, and a large number of repeat design will consume a lot of manpower resources, be badly in need of a can aided design development platform to solve the problems of the industry。 

This topic from enterprises' wind generating elastic support design experience, based on the visual basic programming language to design out a generator of elastic supporting platform。 The main function of the platform, the database will be product data classification storage for reference, according to the design formula is calculated from the corresponding size, the automatic generation of assembly drawings using SolidWorks equations, link finite element and aided analysis the result。 In the actual design process, in order to better adapt to the traditional design habits, this paper to innovation and design process of the generator motor supporting structure as an example, from theory calculation to 3D modeling and virtual To be fitted, the finite element analysis is completed, and the traditional design process is complete。 The innovation of the three direction adjustment mechanism is a flexible support structure system, and provides a reference for the innovation。
