摘要21 世纪开头十年已经过去，造船生产技术也在迅猛发展。与传统的造船技术相比，如今的生产技术已经向模块化、智能化发展。本篇论文主要介绍了 27500 立 方米液化气船的分段船体的生产设计。同时也介绍了液化气船的相关知识。根据设 计任务书给出的承建船厂的施工条件以及船舶生产设计的核心思路和基本要求，利 用 CAD 制图软件进行本船的 507P/S 分段的生产设计。主要内容包含了作业图，零 件明细表，吊环、吊马图，拼板图和分段涂装要领。详细表现了船舶详细设计后到 工厂施工前船舶的对船体深层的剖析与分解，使这一分段的装焊时间减少及船体建 造任务的按时完成。结合过去的造船方法进行一系列的革新创造，以 90 后的新生 代大学生的思路进行的生产设计。81334
