摘要本文主要研究不同润滑介质对齿轮传动性能的影响规律,制定了一些实验方案,并对其进行实验研究。通过控制一定的载荷、速度、温度等因素,选择五种不同的润滑介质,分别为干摩擦和四种不同的油:齿轮润滑油、纳米添加剂混合油、机油和液压油对18Cr进行润滑,对其实验并分析其摩擦系数与磨损状况。80320

    试验是在M-2000A磨损试验机上进行的,选择两个材料均为18Cr的两个圆柱对滚,在不同润滑介质下展开磨擦磨损试验,然后利用光学显微镜对材料表面的磨损状况进行微观测试和分析。得出以下结论:在相同的载荷、运转速度、温度等条件下,干摩擦对齿轮传动的摩擦磨损比油摩擦对齿轮传动的摩擦磨损严重。使用润滑油能有效的改善磨面的磨损情况,齿轮油的润滑效果相比其他介质的要好,而添加了纳米添加剂的混合润滑油的效果更具有优越性,液压油的效果最差。主要的因素就是润滑油的粘度,在一定范围内,较大的粘度有助于减缓齿轮的摩擦磨损。

Experimental study on the influence of lubricating medium on the performance of gear transmission

Abstract In this paper, we mainly study the influence of different lubricating medium on the performance of gear transmission, and make some experimental schemes。 Through the control of load, speed, temperature and other factors, five different lubricants, dry friction and four kinds of different oil: gear lubricating oil, nanometer additive mixed oil, engine oil and hydraulic oil to lubricate the 18cr steel, the experimental and analysis the friction coefficient and wear。

Test is in M-2000A wear testing machine is carried out, the two materials are 18cr two cylindrical roller, under different lubrication medium expansion friction wear test, then using infrared thermography and optical microscopy of material on the surface of the wear condition of microscopic test and analysis。 The following conclusions are drawn: under the same load, running speed, temperature and other conditions, the friction and wear of the friction and wear of the gear transmission is more serious than that of the friction and wear of the gear transmission。 Using lubricating oil can effectively improve the grinding surface wear, gear oil lubrication effect compared with other medium is better, while the addition of nano additives mixed lubrication oil effect is better and the effect of hydraulic oil is the worst。 The main factor is the viscosity of the lubricating oil, in a certain range, the larger viscosity helps to slow down the friction and wear of gear。
