摘要反击式破碎机是在锤式破碎机的基础之上发展起来的，可以广泛应用于石灰石、砂岩、水泥熟料、粘土、石膏和煤等矿物的破碎。我国直到八十年代末引进KHD型硬岩反击式破碎机，填补国内空白，在经济高速发展之下我国的基础设施的建设进入了一个巨大的热潮，整个社会各行各业都有巨大的需求继续增加矿石的开采量。各个矿场急需要性能优秀的破碎机，所以在这样的社会需求背景之下，极大的推动我国矿山机械市场的进步，使我国对反击式破碎机的发展有了新的需求。 79857
本次我设计的是PF-1415反击式破碎机箱体设计。在设计的过程中根据要求给定的转子直径和长度设计箱体的具体大小。 并根据主轴转速和直径对箱体内部结构进行设计。经过大量的专业知识整理，我对破碎机的箱体有了一个系统全面的理解，所以我经过仔细的考虑之后选择了分体式焊接制造方法。这种方法可以在成本和性能之间取得最佳的平衡，在破碎机的使用过程中能方便操作，日常的维修和保养也可以方便进行。综上所述，根据已有条件和大量的资料作为铺垫，我最终完成了反击式破碎机的箱体设计。
