摘要螺旋桨是目前使用最广泛的船舶推进器。在当前的研究领域中,目前大多采用数 值分析方法求解 RANS 方程,进而得到螺旋桨周围的流场分布。升力面理论亦日趋 完善,采用面元法和 N-S 方程相结合的 CFD 方法可以精确描述桨叶表面流动情况。 CFD 软件的研究与应用迅速发展,适用于船舶的各类软件以及计算流体力学的软件 也不断提升,进步。船舶流体力学领域的各种复杂工况的问题已经可以用这些软件进 行求解,这些软件的应用也越来越广泛。79115

本文将采用 CFD 软件模拟实验进行研究。主要利用 GAMBIT 商用软件进行螺旋 桨的建模,网格划分等,利用 FLUENT 商用软件进行数据运算和分析。通过建模模拟 了在不同进速系数下时桨叶上下表面的压力分布情况,并据此得到了桨叶的水动力特 性曲线。通过数值仿真计算得到的螺旋桨尾流场分布,与经验曲线符合的较好,从而 验证了数值方法的正确性。

随着船舶工业的迅速发展,船舶在向着大型化和大功率的方向发展,螺旋桨所承 受的载荷也随之不断地在提高。导管螺旋桨在载荷较重时具有高效率、小振动的优点, 因而被广泛地应用在了拖船、拖网渔船等工况较为复杂的船舶中,这进一步地推动了 导管桨的在理论和实际上的研究。因此,我们也将着重探究导管螺旋桨的在高速下的 水动力性能,对比导管螺旋桨在高速船上应用的优缺点。

Abstract Propeller is widely used in ship propeller now。 The field of numerical analysis method is the main method to solve the RANS equation and analyze the propeller hydrodynamic characteristics in the high speed。 Lifting surface theory is also gradually perfect。 Using surface panel method and equation of N-S method are becoming more popular in propeller design and hydrodynamic forecasting, especially the use of CFD method which can accurately describe the flow of the blade surface。 The research and application of CFD software develop rapidly, and the software used for ship computational fluid dynamics is also improved。 A variety of complex conditions in the field of ship hydrodynamics can be solved using these softwares。

The study of simulation uses the CFD software in this paper。 The modeling and meshing of the propeller are using the GAMBIT and the computing and data analysis are using the FLUENT。 By simulating different feed rate coefficient, the distribution of the pressure of the propeller is obtained, and the hydrodynamic curve of the blade is also gotten。 The simulation of propeller wakes matched the experience value curse well。

With the development of shipbuilding industry, ship develops to the direction of large-scale and high power, and the load of propeller has also been improved。 Duct

propeller has the advantages of high efficiency and little vibration in heavy load conditions。 It is widely used in the ship of the trawlers and many other conditions, which further promoted the research of duct propeller in theory and in experiment。 Therefore, we mainly focus on exploring the hydrodynamic performance of ducted propeller at high speed and getting the advantages and disadvantages of ducted propeller used in high-speed craft applications。
