摘要弹箭武器由于具有威力大、射程远等优点在军事上得到了广泛的应用。而弹箭的质量特性参数(主要包括弹箭的质量、质心、偏心距、转动惯量等)与弹箭的空气动力特性、运动特性及内、外弹道性能等都有密切的关系。因此在弹箭武器的研制、生产过程中通常需要对这些参数进行测量。78436

弹箭静态参数测试台已经广泛应用于导弹、火箭弹和弹丸武器的研制与生产。而现今生产的测试台所针对的测试对象往往都是固定型号的弹箭,测量范围比较窄,不能满足批量测量的需求。本文结合课题研究和实际需要,设计一套能够测量多种口径和长度的火箭弹质心位置快速测量系统。通过对比分析多种测量原理,选择最佳的方案,对测试台的机械结构和测试系统的测控电路进行设计,并针对重要的零部件进行有限元分析,证实测试台的可行性。

Title    The design of center of mass test table on projectile                       

                                                           

Abstract Because it has a lot of advantages such as big power and far firing distance, projectile weapon got the widespread application in military。 And the qualitative characteristic parameters of projectile(include mass。center of mass, partiality distance, moment of inertia of projectile and so on)have the close relationship with the aerodynamic characteristic, movement characteristic, interior and exterior ballistics performance, so we usually need to test those parameters in the process of manufacture and production of the projectile weapon。 

Projectile static parameters test table has been widely used in the development and production of missile, rocket and projectile weapons。 The test object of test bench produced today are often targeted fixed models projectile, measuring range is narrow relatively, it can not response the needs of batch measurement。 According to research and practical needs, a capable of measuring a variety of lengths and caliber rockets center of mass position measuring system quickly will be designed in this paper。 A variety of measuring principle, to choose the best solution for the measurement and control circuit structure and mechanical test system test bench design and finite element analysis of important components, confirmed the feasibility of the test bench through comparative analysis。
