摘 要焊接领域机械化发展和自动化发展十分快速,进而产生了焊接翻转机设备,已成为制造业中不可或缺的一种设备。其能够利用回转运动方式和翻转运动方式,把公交翻转到规范化的焊接部位展开焊接工作,提升了焊接水平和成效,还减少了这些工人所面临的劳动强度。本文设计了一台最大负载可承受2吨的焊接翻转机,有两个自由度,实现工件的回转和倾斜运动,使工件处于平角或“船形”焊接角度的位置。本文对传动装置和机架的设计进行详细的描述,特别强调了传动装置的设计。本次设计是根据预定的载荷和要求的确定设备所需要的电机类型,在此基础上设计了蜗轮蜗杆和齿轮的传动方式,并设计了相应轴的尺寸结构和配件型号,对一些外购件也进行了选择。最后使用CAD软件绘制相关的零件图、装配图。76187
