ANSYS轻量化榴弹炮的大架稳定性和强度分析

摘要在新的历史时期,为了适应新的世界政治军事格局,依据自身的军事战略要求,轻量化榴弹炮成为各国争相发展的武器装备,轻量化榴弹炮具有重量轻、机动能力强、反应速度快等特点,轻量化的主要途径有:采用轻质材料、减小后坐力、优化结构等,轻量化引起的火炮射击稳定性问题和结构强度问题是轻型火炮中需要解决的主要问题。对某轻量化榴弹炮设计过程中的稳定性和强度问题展开研究,主要研究内容有:75534

    1。根据火炮内弹道、反后坐条件,火药能量的分配规律,总结后坐阻力与炮口动能之间的关系。分析牵引榴弹炮在射击时的受力状况和稳定性条件,并提出控制射击稳定性的措施。

2。建立榴弹炮大架的有限元模型,基于有限元法和模态分析理论,本文对火炮发射时大架的刚强度和模态进行了仿真分析。得出每种射击工况下大架的变形、应力和各阶固有频率,为之后的轻量化设计改进奠定基础。

3。通过有限元分析结果发现架体还有很大的轻量化改进空间。可以通过应用轻质材料,改进应力和变形较高处的大架结构,在满足刚强度要求的前提下达到更优的轻量化设计。

Title   Frame stability and strength analysis of lightweight howitzer                     

                                                           

Abstract In the new historical period,in order to adapt to the new world political and military pattern,according to their own military strategic requirements,light artillery has become the development of weapons and equipment。Light gun has the characteristics of light weight, strong mobility, quick response and so on。The main ways of lightweight Artillery: the use of lightweight materials, reduce the recoil force and structure optimization etc。The problem of stability and structural strength of gun firing caused by light weight is the main problem to be solved in the light gun。This paper focuses on the research of the stability and strength of a lightweight howitzer in design process,The main research contents are:

1。According to the interior ballistic and recoil conditions,distribution law of powder energy,summarized the relationship between the recoil resistance and muzzle kinetic energy。Analysis of towed howitzer during firing of the stress condition and stability condition,and put forward the measures to control the stability of shooting。

2。To establish the finite element model of the frame,based on the theory of finite element method and modal analysis,the gun fired the frame stiffness and strength and modal simulation analysis,getting the deformation、 frame stress and natural frequencies of each shooting condition,To lay the foundation for the improvement of lightweight design。

3。Through the finite element analysis, it is found that there is a lot of lightweight space for improvement。By applying light material and improving frame structure,lightweight design to achieve a better quality under the premise of meeting the strength requirement。
