Mastercam复杂球面件3D建模模具设计及数控加工+CAD图纸

摘要在我们平时的日常生活中，我们对于各种塑料制品的需求量越来越大，这也就导致了注塑模具地无处不在。然而，人们希望这些所需要的塑料制品，在要求上不仅要具有满足他们一定需求的功能，而且在外观上也要满足人们的审美要求，看来赏心悦目。73908

本设计通过 3D 建模，数控自动编程，熟悉掌握 UG、CAD 软件的应用，整个设计包括三维建模、模具设计和数控加工三个部分，其内容贯穿了大学四年学习的知识。通过实际生产，模具设计、数控加工工艺设计和加工程序的研发,每一个或接近实际应用程序。设计系统介绍了塑料成型工艺，浇注系统设计和装配结构设计以及数控加工的具体过程。在参考国内的基础上基于三维工程软件 UG 进行复杂的球面零件模型重建和整个论文主要在以下方面进行更详细的研究：

1）利用 UG 进行复杂球面件 3D 建模，造型设计。

2）采用 UG 对模具的分型面进行设计。

3）通过计算和分析，完成了复杂球面件整幅模具设计。

4）利用 Mastercam 进行仿真加工，生成其走刀路线图关键词： 3D 建模模具设计数控加工
