针对工程机械耗能比较高的特点,避免能源的浪费,在液压制动系统的基础上添加了制动能量回收体系,并且绘制了硬件连接装配图,实现制动的同时确保收集一些能量进行后续的再利

摘要这次设计的课题是工程机械底盘制动系统设计。工程机械车辆在工业方面的运用使生产力得到了大大的提高,而制动系统是工程机械系统中必不可少的一个环节,直接影响车辆的操作性能;工作环境差、工作强度高,这就对工程机械的机动性、环境适应性、自动性提出了很高的要求。液压制动系统在一定程度上提高了工程机械的灵敏度,使机械整体能够轻便的工作运行。

本次设计完成了制动系方案的选择,制动器的型号选择,制动主缸、制动轮缸的计算与选择,助力器的选择以及液压油路的分布;完成了防抱死制动系统的整体硬件的连接,并对各个组成部件细节进行了说明最后绘制了图纸;控制部分,绘制了液压控制系统原理图,并且对液压控制元件作了说明。73850

能源的回收再利用是永不变的主题,针对工程机械耗能比较高的特点,避免能源的浪费,在液压制动系统的基础上添加了制动能量回收体系,并且绘制了硬件连接装配图,实现制动的同时确保收集一些能量进行后续的再利用。

Design of braking system for construction machinery chassis

Abstract The design of the project is the construction machinery chassis brake system design。 Application of vehicle, engineering machinery, in industrial productivity has been greatly improved, and brake system is a step necessary in mechanical engineering system, a direct impact on the operating performance of the vehicle; poor working environment, high working intensity, which on Mechanical Engineering mobility and environment adaptability, automatic proposed very high requirements。 Hydraulic brake system to a certain extent, improve the sensitivity of the engineering machinery, so that the whole machine can operate in light。 

The design is completed the selection of brake system, brake type selection, brake master cylinder, brake wheel cylinder calculation and selection, booster and hydraulic oil distribution; the completion of the anti lock braking system of the overall hardware connection, and of each composition parts details are described finally draw the drawings; control part, rendering the hydraulic principle diagram of control system, and the hydraulic control components are described。 

Energy recovery and reuse is never change the theme, according to the characteristics of engineering mechanical energy consumption is relatively high, avoid energy waste, in the hydraulic braking system based on added brake energy recovery system, and draw the hardware connection assembly, brake while ensuring that collect some energy for subsequent reuse。
