摘要高速列车液压减振器是高速列车上的一个至关重要的组成部分。在高速行驶的过程中,高 速列车车轮和轨道表面接触,由于摩擦会产生阻力,由于车轮和列车轨道之间的不平顺会导致 车辆振动。而这些振动会从下往上传送,沿着车轮传递到机车悬挂直至车体,导致整个车体发 生低频伴随着高频的振动。而这时就会需要用到转向架减振器来进行对振动的衰减,否则会导 致车辆各个零件由于振动磨损,强度降低从而减少各个零件的寿命,严重影响列辆行驶安全。73844

由于我国国内减振器发展落后于国外发达国家,再加上城市铁路轨道发展节奏快,所以减 振器等一系列转向架零件国产化有很大的上升空间。因此减振器的设计尤为重要,对于提高国 家经济实力,起着十分重要的战略意义。所以本文就是通过对各种型号的液压减振器的了解, 并且结合高速列车的运行环境,参照了国外减震器的结构型号,从而进行了自主设计的转向架 减振器结构并且对各个主要部件进行了计算设计。最后通过 cad 画出本次设计的转向架减振器 的结构图形。

High-speed train bogie shock absorber design

Abstract High speed train hydraulic shock absorber is a very important part of high speed train. In the process of high-speed driving, high-speed train wheels and rail surface contact, due to friction will produce resistance, due to the irregularity between the wheels and the train tracks will lead to vehicle vibration. And these vibrations will be transmitted from the bottom up, along the wheels to the locomotive suspension until the car body, causing the entire body to occur with low frequency vibration with high frequency. And then will need to use bogie damper to the attenuation of vibration, otherwise it will lead to all components of the vehicle due to the abrasion of the vibration intensity is reduced so as to reduce the life of the various parts of the, seriously affect the column of vehicles driving safety.

Due to the development of China's domestic shock absorber behind developed  countries, coupled with the rapid development of urban rail track, so the shock absorber and a series of bogie parts localization has a great space. Therefore, the design of shock absorber is particularly important, which plays a very important strategic significance for improving the national economic strength. So this is by understanding of various types of hydraulic shock absorber, and the combination of high-speed train running environment, with reference to the foreign shock absorber structure types, and the independent design of steering frame shock absorber structure and each main part carried on the computation and design. Finally, the structure of the design of the bogie vibration damper is drawn by CAD.
