摘要:工业炉是工业加热的关键设备,广泛的应用于国民经济的各行各业,并且其在各工业部门的生产中都占有十分重要的地位,本设计主要针对炉子生产率6t/h、优质合金钢的热处理炉的设计。具体包括燃料燃烧计算、钢坯加热时间计算、炉子基本尺寸的确定、热平衡计算及燃料消耗量的确定,排烟系统计算。炉子为直通式炉型,分别为加热段和保温段。金属加热的主要目的是提高金属的可塑性,以便进行压力加工。按照炉温分布,沿炉长方向上分为加热段和保温段。其中加热段为供热段,具有燃烧区,可提高炉温,给物料加热。保温段位于出料端,能减小断面温差,保证加热质量,使物料在满足烧成条件的前提下缩短退火时间,以提高整个炉子的产量。73752

Design of Natural Gas Heat Treatment Furnace

Abstract:Industrial furnace is the key equipment of industrial heating,Widely used in all walks of life of the national economy,And its production in the industrial sector are occupying a very important position,The design is mainly for the furnace productivity 6t/h, high quality alloy steel Design of heat treatment furnace。Including the calculation of fuel combustion,billet heating time calculation,the determination of the basic size of the furnace,the calculation of heat balance and the determination of fuel consumption,smoke system calculation。Furnaces for the straight-through furnace, respectively,for the heating section and insulation section。The main purpose of metal heating is to improve the plasticity of the metal for pressure processing。According to the furnace temperature distribution,along the furnace length is pided into heating section and insulation section。The heating section for the heating section,with a combustion zone,can improve the furnace temperature,to the material heating。The insulation section is located at the discharge end,which can reduce the temperature difference of the section and ensure the heating quality,so that the material can meet the firing conditions to shorten the annealing time to improve the whole furnace production。
