摘要本次设计以颗粒成型原理为基础，运用所学的机械设计理论为指导完成了颗粒机总体机械结构设计。本次设计通过机械制图、工程材料、机械设计基础、机械原理、三维绘图软件等专业知识技能，对颗粒机总体机械结构进行分析设计。本文介绍了颗粒机的设计研究过程。本文主要给出了设计步骤及设计路线，确定了传动方案以及初步确定了各个零部件设计。在颗粒机设计过程中，也同时确定了颗粒机的传料、强制入料、传送带以及烘干机的机械结构，并通过这些机械结构初步确定零件类型与尺寸，绘制结构草图。颗粒机传动方案主要是一级减速箱设计（即传动系统中的两个轴与一对直齿轮的设计）。本次设计的颗粒机适合于中小型加工。72861
