ProE的10T桥式起重机结构设计及有限元分析+CAD图纸

摘要双梁桥式起重机因具有自重轻,起升负载大,抗风能力强,结构牢固,而且拼装时间短等优点而被广泛应用。目前我国制造业所选用的桥式起重机的结构尺寸与国外相比有很大的设计缺陷,除了材料的选用外,主要是结构尺寸有很大的因此造成了资源的浪费,提高了成本的投入,同时也严重影响生产效率。因此该设计主要对双梁桥式起重机的主梁和端梁结构进行设计,并利用ANSYS软件对主梁结构进行有限元分析。72322

本课题首先根据起重机参数确定了桥式起重机的总体设计方案,包含四部分:小车的设计,大车的传动方案,主梁及端梁的结构设计。然后只要针对主梁和端梁两部分的结构,尺寸设计及刚度和强度的计算。双梁桥式起重机的桥架选用两个主梁和两个端梁,用螺栓连接将两部分组合。主梁结构采用正轨箱型主梁,由盖板和腹板各两块组成。端梁也是采用箱型实体板梁式结构,也是由上下两个盖板和两块垂直的腹板构成。最后用ProE软件建立主梁几何模型并导入ANSYS软件中,选择SOLID 45单元,划分网格,形成了72541个单元和18558个节点,对两端的端面施加约束,载荷大小为42550N,对其进行有限元分析,得出危险截面为满载小车作用在跨中位置时,此时应力的最大值为123MPa,整体位移最大达到6。31mm,根据选用的Q235钢的材料属性,主梁的刚度及强度均符合设计要求。

This paper first determines the bridge crane's overall design, car design, carts transmission scheme, the main beam and structural design end of the beam according to crane manual, then one of the main beam and end beam two-part structure, size and the stiffness and strength calculations。 Double girder overhead bridge crane selected by the two main beam and two side beams, bolted to the two-part composition。 Main beam structure using track box-shaped main beam design, two webs by the upper and lower plate and two vertical configuration。 Liang also uses a box-end solid plate girder structure is composed of two upper and lower webs cover and two vertical。 Finally, use ProE software to establish the main beam geometry and import ANSYS software, select SOLID 45 units, mesh, forming a 72541 units and 18558 nodes, impose constraints on the end faces at both ends of the size of the load 42550N, be limited element analysis, the risk of cross-section when fully loaded car in mid-span position, maximum stress 123MPa, the maximum displacement of 6。31mm, depending on the material properties of selected Q235 steel, stiffness and strength of the main beams are in line with the design requirements。
