在本文中,首先介绍了滚珠丝杠轴向静刚度测试台的工作原理,并详细阐述了 赫兹接触理论,厚壁圆桶理论以及拉压杆理论,并通过上述理论分别建立滚珠丝杠 副中的螺母和丝杠的轴向刚度以及滚珠接触刚度的理论模型。 建立了完整滚珠丝杠 副装配体的有限元模型,并对该模型进行了求解分析,评估了结果的准确性。 为得 到具有参考价值的结果,对原有模型进行了合理的简化,着重对滚珠与螺母滚道以 及丝杠滚道的接触模型模型进行了分析,其中详细介绍了通过ANSYS软件进行接触 分析的步骤,并对接触刚度模型进行了仿真,找出了应力集中点,得到了接触区域 在外加轴向力的作用下轴向弹性变形的数据,与理论推导结果和实际情况相吻合。 最后详细介绍了使用滚珠丝杠副轴向静刚度测试台进行滚珠丝杠副轴向静刚度测量 的过程,并给出了实验结果。

Abstract

Ball screw with its excellent performance has been widely used in CNC machine tools to drive high precision mechanical systems. In recent years, with the development of improved precision CNC machining , and tell cutting technology , ball screw axial static stiffness of machine tool feed system stiffness affect more and more prominent. Therefore, in order to provide more precise control parameters for the CNC machine control systems , the need for ball screw axial static stiffness systematic studies.

In this paper, first introduced the work of Ball axial static stiffness test bench away , and elaborated on Hertz contact theory , theory and thick drums STMs theory

, these theories were established by the ball screw axial stiffness of the nut and the screw and ball contact stiffness theoretical model line . A finite element model of a complete ball screw assembly , and the model was solved analysis to assess the accuracy of the results . In order to obtain results with a reference value , the original model was a reasonable simplification , focusing on the ball screw and nut raceway and rolling contact model tract , which details the steps to be contacted by ANSYS software , and contacts stiffness of the simulation model to identify the stress concentration points , the data obtained axial elastic deformation under the effect of the applied axial contact area inside , pushed to the theoretical results and the actual match .Finally, a detailed description of the use of ball screw axial static stiffness test bench ball screw axial static stiffness measurement process and experimental results are  given.
