摘要自20 世纪80 年代以来,各国一直在研究多爆炸成形弹丸( MEFP) 战斗部技术。经过几十年的发展,MEFP 战斗部已经在不同武器系统中得到应用。与传统EFP战斗部形成一个杆状或球形EFP 弹丸相比,MEFP战斗部可以产生多个EFP弹丸,大大提高了命中目标的概率。60584

本文分析了MEFP战斗部的种类,研究了MEFP战斗部各结构参数对MEFP成型过程的影响,获得了各结构参数对MEFP毁伤元成型参数的影响规律。运用SOLIDWORKS软件建立了五个药型罩排布方式不同的MEFP战斗部结构三维模型,通过TRUEGRID软件建立了该MEFP战斗部结构的四分之一有限元模型,采用AUTODYN软件对战斗部的成型过程进行了数值模拟,仿真计算了药型罩排布方式对MEFP成型的影响规律,获得了药型罩排布方式与MEFP头部速度、长径比和飞散角的关系曲线,为今后进一步优化设计MEFP战斗部提供参考依据。

Title Optimum Design Of Multiple Explosively Formed Projectile(MEFP)

Abstract Since 1980s, many countries have been studying the Multiple Explosively Formed Projectile (MEFP) warhead technology. After decades of development, MEFP warhead has been applied to various weapon systems. Unlike traditional EFP warhead forming a rod-shaped or spherical EFP projectile, MEFP warhead can produce many projectiles, which greatly improves the probability of hitting the target.

This paper analyzed the MEFP warhead types and studied MEFP warhead MEFP various structural parameters on the impact of the molding process, the structural parameters obtained MEFP EFP molding parameters were investigated.
