船用加筋板残余应力有限元分析

摘  要 随着现代船舶的大型化发展,船体结构强度问题不断凸显。而全社会对生命和环境的日益重视,使得船舶结构安全性的位置被提上前所未有的高度。加筋板是船舶的基本结构,在船舶建造过程中存在着大量的对加筋板的加工,这会在加筋板结构中会产生一些复杂的残余应力,使得结构的强度和韧性下降。为了反应加筋板结构的真实状态,在校核其极限承载力时要考虑残余应力的影响。 本文采用非线性有限元软件 ANSYS 来分析残余应力对加筋板结构极限强度的影响,通过把残余应力编成初应力文件的形式加载到加筋板结构中,主要分析热轧残余应力和焊接残余应力两种形式,考虑不同网格大小下含残余应力加筋板在轴向压力下极限强度的变化趋势,并且通过热分析来分析了不同板的厚度时温度场和残余应力的分布情况。结果表明,残余应力对加筋板极限强度有显著地影响,但网格大小在其中的影响不是很大。  59517

Abstract With the large-scale development of modern ships, the strength of the hull structure has been highlighted. And the whole society pay more and more attention to the life and the environment making ship security position was on an unprecedented level. Stiffened plate is the basic structure of the ship, in the shipbuilding process there are a large number of the stiffened plate processing, which will produce some structure complex residual stresses in a stiffened plate, make the structural strength and toughness decreases. To reflect the true state of the stiffened plate and in checking its ultimate bearing capacity, taking into account influence of residual stresses is necessary. In this paper,by using nonlinear finite element software ANSYS to analysis the residual stress effect on ultimate strength of stiffened plates, The residual stress is loaded into the stiffened plate structure by the form of the residual stress. the main analysis of hot rolling residual stress and welding residual stress of two kinds of forms, and consider the trend of the ultimate strength in different grid size containing residual strength of stiffened panels under axial pressure. Results showed that the residual stress has significant effect on ultimate strength of stiffened plates,  But the difference in the size of the grid has little effect on it.
