Solidworks虚拟制造环境的机身零件加工工艺设计与仿真

摘要近年来随着制造业的飞速发展,许多行业开始兴起,其中关于柴油机机身的制造这方面消息变得越来越引人关注。本文介绍了机身的加工工艺设计和关键部分工序的虚拟仿真加工。

机身的加工工艺在很大程度上限制于加工的条件,一些关键工序的加工一旦失败,造成的成本损失是巨大的,所以就需要利用虚拟仿真技术来减少工业成本。虚拟仿真技术是通过软件模拟实际加工过程,在这个过程中观察零件在被加工时是否产生过切、欠切、干涉和膨胀等一系列现象,通过这些现象来修改数控程序、刀具、夹具、机床位置等问题从而减少加工错误的次数,达到提高工作效率和减少劳动成本的目的。56682

本文介绍的是精铣底面、精镗曲轴孔、精铣两端面,两侧边及脚底板背面和粗精镗中轮轴孔加工工序的仿真。利用三维软件Solidworks建立机床及机身模型,然后再导入在Vericut中构建仿真环境建立刀具库、控制系统、机床初始位置等,并通过添加UG/CAM模块自动编制的数控程序,最后进行仿真加工。通过这种方法实现了数控仿真和数控程序的优化,提高了实际加工程序的正确率,为新产品开发提供了更加优越的平台。

Abstract

In recent years, with the rapid development of the manufacturing sector, began to rise in many industries, including the manufacture of the fuselage on the diesel engine has become increasingly interesting news in this regard.This paper describes the design process of the fuselage and the key part of the process of virtual simulation machining.

Fuselage of the processing technology in the largely limits Yu machining the conditions for, some of the key processes of the processing once failed, resulting in the cost of loss is enormous, so we need take advantage of virtual simulation technology to to reduce industrial costs.Virtual simulation software simulation technique is the actual machining process, in this process was observed whether the parts to be processed excessive cutting, due to cutting, and an expansion and a series of interference phenomena,these phenomena to modify NC program, tools, fixtures, machine position etc. thus reducing the number of machining errors, to improve efficiency and reduce labor costs.

This article is about finishing bottom, fine boring crankshaft hole, precision milling end faces, sides and foot board on the back side and coarse fine boring in Axle Hole machining process simulation.Solidworks created using three-dimensional software tools and body model, and then import the simulation environment in Vericut build tool to build libraries, control systems, machine tools, the initial position, etc., and by adding UG / CAM module automatically compiled NC program, and finally the simulation process.By this method the numerical simulation and optimization of NC program to improve the accuracy of the actual processing procedures for new product development to provide a superior platform.
