摘要本篇论文主要是对风电安装船桩腿的设计与有限元分析的过程。为了桩腿能够适应不同的入泥深度,对最大排水量为8000t、最大工作水深为15m的海上风电吊装运输专用船桩腿进行了一个从选材到设计结构材料、长度及最后的有限元分析的过程。我们采用先选材,再对风载、海流载荷和波浪载荷计算的基础上,综合应用结构单元和多点运动耦合单元建立桩腿的柔体有限元分析模型,并分别对桩腿在正常工作工况下以及自存工况下进行了力学性能对比分析,最后得到我们选取的桩腿参数是满足使用要求的;在设计过程中,主要采取增加焊板厚度的方法,改善结构中的薄弱环节,从而达到两种工况下对风电安装船桩腿的刚性以及弹性要求。最后的有限元分析结果表明,选用的材料及强度要求都能够满足设计要求,从而完成整个设计及分析的过程。51170

Abstract

This paper is mainly to wind power installation process of ship design and finite element analysis of pile legs. In order to leg can adapt to different depth into the mud , The maximum displacement of 8000 t, the maximum working depth of 15 m of offshore wind hoisting transportation conducted a special ship leg from material selection to design structure of the material, length, and the final process of finite element analysis. On the basis of we use the material first, and then to wind load, load current, and wave load calculation, integrated application of structure unit and multi-point motion coupling unit set up soft body finite element analysis model of pile legs, legs and pile under normal working condition and working condition of self-storage has carried on the comparative analysis of the mechanical properties of the final leg of our selected parameters are meet the use requirement. In the design process, mainly adopts the method of increase welding plate thickness, the weak link of structure was improved, so as to achieve two kinds of working conditions of wind power installed ship pile legs of rigid and elastic demand Finally the finite element analysis results show that the selection of material and the strength requirement to be able to meet the design requirements, so as to complete the entire process of design and analysis.
