摘要随着船舶业的蓬勃发展，船舶生产安全越来越受到重视，因此船舶需要采用生产安全监控系统来保障船舶的生产安全。由于大型专业监控系统价格非常昂贵，一般中小型船舶难以承受，并且专用的监控系统与船舶实际情况往往存在一定差距。因此，设计和开发成本低、高效率、适合船舶要求的生产安全监控系统具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。49476

本文在对国内外现行监控系统研究的基础上，结合船厂生产安全的实际情况，开发了一套适合中小型船厂的生产安全监控系统。首先对系统的结构和开发工具做了介绍，其次对监控系统进行了具体的硬件和软件设计。整个硬件的开发过程基于硬件模块化的设计，面向系统实际应用的思想，采用PROTEL线路板设计软件，开发了信号调理电路模块，AD转换电路模块，下位机芯片的最小系统模块，上下位机通信电路模块，硬件抗干扰电路模块以及信号调理电路与数据采集芯片的电源模块。

然后对监控系统硬件的设计及功能的实现进行了详细的介绍。下位机数据采集系统模块和上下位机之间的通信模块是硬件设计的重中之重。数据采集系统主要包括易燃易爆气体浓度和温度的信号采集、调理、A/D转换、下位机芯片数据处理等子模块；上下位机的通信要满足安全监控系统多点、快速和远距离数据通信的实际要求。

最后，论文对监控系统的不足点和进一步的改进提出了要求，并且对将来需要重点研究的问题作了阐述，对船厂生产安全监控系统的未来发展做了展望。
