本次设计针对Ø120的窄带轧机，所谓窄带指的是本机所加工的钢材宽度在650mm以下，Ø120指轧辊直径为120mm，本轧机主要轧制小型线板材，冷轧工艺，二辊式工作机座，要求实现上下辊的异步比1.1-1.5可调节。本次设计任务要完成Ø120的窄带轧机的主机系统的设计，完成总体方案设计，完成各个传感器的安装联结设计，完成主要零部件的强度，刚度计算，设计图，装配图，总装配图与数据处理。30573
