随着钢铁加工工业结构调整步伐的加快,小型轧机生产技术装备的发展趋势正在向大坯重、连续化、高质量、高精度等方向发展。小型轧机的种类也正在从普通钢向合金钢、高精钢等方向发展。目前轧机发展的方向是自动化、连续化、产品质量高, 专业化,消耗低。 35488
本次对轧机的电动机、轧辊、轧机的主传动,减速器,轧机的测试系统,轴承及轴承座和轧机力矩等进行了设计和说明。完成φ120窄带轧机 主传动及测试系统设计。完成主传动系统中主要部件的结构、安装设计,完成传感器的结构、安装设计。完成信号测试、数据处理与分析软件的工作流程与功能要求设计。完成主要零部件的强度、刚度计算、设计图、装配图、总装配图与数据处理与分析软件的工作流程与功能要求的原理图等。本次对轧机主传动设计与轧机测试系统设计是本次设计的主要方向。
