精密滚珠丝杠伺服加载实验系统的设计

摘要滚珠丝杠副不仅是数控机床的关键功能部件,而且在航空航天、汽车等其他工业领域也应用广泛。近年来装备制造业整体技术水平不断提高,对数控机床核心部件滚珠丝杠副的性能要求也越来越高。高速性是滚珠丝杠副未来发展的主要方向,但高速化的同时其定位精度、温升和噪声等性能指标也会不同程度地受到影响,这些参数直接关系到滚珠丝杠副的产品质量。目前,滚珠丝杠副动态特性的综合测试方法还不完善,严重制约了行业的发展,因此分析和研究其综合测试技术是十分必要的。
结合相关国家标准和生产实际需要,以满足高速状态下滚珠丝杠副的测量特点与需求,本毕业论文提出了一套滚珠丝杠伺服加载系统的设计,对速度、加速度、振动、噪声、温升、变形及丝杠工作载荷等关键特性参数进行测量;通过对各待测参量的测试原理及方法的分析研究,选定所需的仪器设备,如控制电机以及温度、噪声、振动、微位移、光栅尺、角度编码器等各式传感器。
研制的高速滚珠丝杠伺服加载系统可完整地测试丝杠高速运行时的定位精度、承载能力、刚度、精度、效率和预紧力矩,为改进高速滚珠丝杠副的设计、提高滚珠丝杠副的性能提供依据。

Through the various test parameters, test principles and methods of analysis, Selected the equipment required, Such as motor control, as well as temperature, noise, vibration, micro-displacement, grating, angle encoders, and other kinds of sensors.
The development of high-speed ball screw servo loading system can be fully tested when the high-speed operation of the screw positioning accuracy, load capacity, stiffness, accuracy, efficiency and tightening torque, Provide a basis for improving the design of high-speed ball screw, ball screw performance.
