摘要近些年来，随着科学技术的不断发展，企业物流管理模式发生了巨大的发展与变革，产生出众多新颖的管理理念与方法。对于生产型企业来说，大型生产企业的生产过程相当复杂，都有着复杂的生产计划与精密的生产指令，因此使得企业物流与企业信息流可以同步流动；为了提高产品竞争力，企业把不断地降低生产成本与物流成本作为业追求的目标，因此企业物流是跟企业的营销、财务紧密相连的。26393
生产物流又是企业物流的重要组成部分，本文通过对制造型企业的生产物流系统进行分析与评价，从现代企业物流的四个角度：财务、客户、内部业务流程以及学习与成长四个方面，利用平衡记分卡的方法对某制造企业来建立一套企业物流的绩效评价方法，这样就能够以一个量化的指标来展示其物流管理水平。最后再通过对系统的优化，来不断地提升企业物流的管理水平，并使得企业物流系统能够在正确的道路上不断改进。

Abstract
