摘要:随着科学的发展与科技的进步,潜入海洋的设备种类繁多、发展迅速。外压封头制作对深海电缆的耐压性、通讯性能和传输等性能起着很大的效应。但是,已经有的碟形封头的制造经验不能够在海底环境中较好地结合这些功能并实现优化,让电缆封头的投入发展得到了限制。本文将从各个角度研究分析几种不同的电缆封头并进行有限元分析,以选择出最佳方案。

本文首先介绍了电缆封头保护装置的主要组成部分,包括封头、法兰、以及内部元件,并对设计部分所遵循的标准做了简单的介绍。论文还引入对新型蛋形封头的介绍与分析。并用有限元解析软件对文中所提及的各种进行构件强度和应力解析、线性屈曲与非线性屈曲分析。

本文还利用相关计算公式解得不同方案封头的质量、排水体积和浮力系数值等等,使其满足功能要求的同时也满足强度和应力要求。然后通过进行一些对比,获得可以用来实际结构初步设计引用的方案。最后还根据标准设计了与所选择封头相适应的法兰盖,并对封头的密封性作了设计。

ABSTRACT:With the development of science and technological progress, a wide range of equipment into the ocean, the rapid development. The production of external pressure head on the deep-sea cable pressure, communication performance and transmission performance plays a significant role. And the finite element analysis software is used to analyze the strength and stress of the components, linear buckling and nonlinear buckling analysis.This paper also uses the relevant calculation formula to solve the quality of the head of the scheme, the volume of the drainage and the buoyancy coefficient, so as to meet the functional requirements while also meeting the strength and stress requirements. And then through some comparison, access to the actual structure can be used to design a reference to the program. Finally, according to the standard design with the selected head to adapt to the flange cover, and the sealing of the head was designed.

海底电缆是铺设在江湖河海水底深处的,已经传承了数年之久,它刚开始被用来给临近海洋的一些建筑或是海洋工作船只提供电力,且效率好也安全。而如今,他被用来进行两地之间的通信等等,各方面都有所涉及。
