摘 要近年来，由于航运业的不景气以及船企生产能力过剩，导致船舶行业出现了较大 的破产潮。船企纷纷通过压缩产能，提高生产效率以节约成本。生产设计是船舶建造 过程中极为重要的一环，生产设计的好坏对后续能否顺利地建造船舶有着重要的影响。95191
本文概述 5300TEU 集装箱船机舱分段 E31P 的生产设计。重点工作包括绘制分段 结构图、拼板图、吊马图、制作零件表以及分段重量重心估算。在充分考虑现代船舶 建造工艺，承建船厂生产条件和造船效率的情况下，设计出的一套合理的生产方案。 本分段采用以第三平台甲板为基面反造的方法，大大减少了仰焊作业量，提高了施工 效率，并改善现场工人的作业环境。
通过对造船生产设计的优化可以更好的解决“如何合理组织造船生产”的问题。

Abstract
In recent years, due to the downturn of the shipping industry and the excess production capacity of the ship, the ship industry has a large wave of bankruptcy。 In order to save costs, ship enterprises have compressed capacity and improve production efficiency。 Production design is a very important part in the process of ship construction。 The quality of production design has an important influence on the subsequent construction of the ship。
In this paper, I summarize the design of the E31P section with the 5300TEU of container ship。 The focus of work includes drawing sub structure, map, map making, hanging up parts list and piecewise gravity center calculation。 In consideration of the modern ship construction technology, the production conditions and shipbuilding efficiency of the shipyard, a set of reasonable production plan is designed。 This section uses the third platform deck as the base surface of the method, greatly reducing the overhead welding work, improve the construction efficiency, and improve the working environment of the workers。
Through the optimization of shipbuilding production design, we can better solve the problem of how to organize shipbuilding production。
