摘 要 水路运输因其自身较低廉的成本，在各种运输方式中有无可替代的地位，而且散货船正是现代的船舶运输中的主力。可以确切的说，长江流域内的内河散货船对推动我国的区域经济社会的发展有着极为重要的作用。
本文主要是进行119。8米内河散货船的结构规范设计，主要是通过CCS2009版的《钢质海船入级与建造规范》以及2012版的修改通报来进行这次设计，该散货船是单甲板结构，以及双底双舷侧结构的货舱区。艏艉是横骨架式单层底结构，本船是全焊接结构的钢质船，在尾部设2层甲板室。95133
本文主要内容有：
(1)有关内河散货船的研究背景比如散货船的概念、发展历史等，以及散货船结构设计概述，和当前国际上散货船的现状。
（2）119。8米内河散货船船体结构规范设计计算书，及船中总纵强度校核。

Abstract Water transport has an irreplaceable position in a variety of modes of transport because of its cost advantage, and the bulk carrier is the main force in the modern ship transport。 We can say that the Yangtze River inland bulk carrier plays an important role in promoting the development of China's regional economic and social。
This paper mainly introduces the elementary process of the 119。8m inland bulk carrier structure design by rules , the design process based on the CCS 《Steel ships into class and the construction norms》 (2009 edition)and the Modify Bulletin of 2012 edition, the ship with single armor plate structure, the cargo area of the double bottom double hull structure。 the bow and stern are transverse framing system with single bottom。 The ship is all welded structure steel ship, two-storey deck houses at stern。。
The main contents of this paper includes：
(1)The domestic and foreign research present situation of inland bulk carrier、the existent problems and the Structural characteristics of dry cargo ship。
(2)The basic process of 119。8m inland bulk carrier structure design, and examination of longitudinal strength of the midship section in district of cargo cabin。
(3)Mapping of the midship section, basic construction profile and plan
