柴油机滤清器滤座螺孔加工组合机床设计

针对S195型柴油机滤清器滤座三个方向螺孔的加工,结合其工艺特点,设计卧式单工位三面攻丝组合机床。首先,根据各待加工螺孔的尺寸、精度、技术要求等,确定定位基准和夹紧点并制

摘要组合机床是以通用部件为基础,配以少量专用部件,对一种或若干种工件按预先确定的工序进行加工的机床。针对S195型柴油机滤清器滤座三个方向螺孔的加工,结合其工艺特点,设计卧式单工位三面攻丝组合机床。首先,根据各待加工螺孔的尺寸、精度、技术要求等,确定定位基准和夹紧点并制定相应的工艺方案。依据零件的材料选定相应的切削用量等。其次在选定工艺方案的基础上,确定机床的配置形式,进行机床的总体设计—三图一卡。最后,根据确定的工艺和结构方案,结合加工示意图和机床联系尺寸图,设计主轴箱。本设计能够满足加工精度和效率的要求。

Title  The design of the aggregate machine-tool using for processing the screw holes of filter seat of diesel filter                           
Abstract
The aggregate machine-tool based on common components, together with a small scale of specially designed components, is a kind of machine tool which is designed for processing one or more parts at a predetermined process. In terms of the processing of the screw holes on three directions of filter seat of S195 diesel filter, combined with its technological features, a tapping aggregate machine-tool with horizontal single station on three sides is designed. First, according to the sizes, precision and technical requirements of the screws to be processed, determine the locating datum and clamping points, and develop appropriate technology plan. Select the appropriate cutting parameters based on the material of the part. Secondly, on the basis of the selected process plan, the form of the configuration of the machine is determined. And then the overall design of the machine - three figures and one card is designed. Finally, according to the defined process and structure of the program, combined with process diagrams and machine contact dimension drawings, the spindle box is designed. This design can meet the requirements of the machining accuracy and efficiency.

1  引言
