摘  要本论文主要目的是按照120平米校舍标准设计的主动加被动式空气净化器,并对其进行有限元分析和流场分析,进而设计相应的控制系统

随着我国工业化的进程,空气污染越来越严重,空气净化器的研发成为现在的新兴产业,目前市场上的空气净化器净化水平和效率参差不齐,学校,医院等公共场所的空气质量急需改善。本文针对学校的校舍设计了一款可以满足学校通用的室内空气净化器。95119

本文设计的空气净化器采用前置滤网,通过离心风机将校舍内的空气吸入净化器内,通过前置滤网将空气净化并从离心风机中排出,在离心风机后面安装有负离子发生器,可以进一步提升空气质量。对所设计的离心风机进行有限元分析和流场分析。运用了ANSYS有限元分析软件对离心风机的叶轮和蜗壳进行了模态分析来验证离心风机设计的合理性,运用ANSYS Workbench软件对离心风机进行了流场分析,来验证噪声的产生。为了使空气净化器更为智能化,本文运用了STC89C54RD+单片机为核心,设计了控制系统中的升压电路、锂电池保护电路和充电电路。

Along with China's industrialization process, the air pollution is more and more serious, research of air purifier become a new industry now, the air purifier market on the purification efficiency and the level of uneven, schools, hospitals and other public places are in urgent need of air quality improvement。 In this paper, the school buildings designed to meet the school's general indoor air purifier。

The air purifier is designed in this paper using the prefilter, through the centrifugal fan inside the school building air purifier, through the prefilter air is purified and discharged from the centrifugal fan, a negative ion generator installed in the back of a centrifugal fan, can further improve air quality。 The finite element analysis and flow field analysis of the designed centrifugal fan are carried out。 Using the ANSYS finite element analysis software of the centrifugal fan impeller and volute modal analysis were carried out to verify the rationality of the design of centrifugal fan, using ANSYS Workbench software to analyze the flow field analysis of centrifugal fan, to verify the noise。 In order to make the air cleaner more intelligent, this paper uses the STC89C54RD+ microcontroller as the core, and designs the step-up circuit, the lithium battery protection circuit and the charging circuit in the control system。
