ANSYS板式热交换器的流动传热模拟

摘要板式热交换器是近几十年来成长比较迅速、应用领域比较广泛的一种高效、新型、紧凑的热交换器。板式换热器的应用领域很大,特别是更在于医药卫生、食品安全、造船、化工等工业方面,而且由于板型、结构的不断优化,正一步一步地扩大它的应用范围。但因为板式热交换器内部的流道、结构很是繁琐,为了降低板式热交换器的研究难度,因此本文拟使用ANSYS建模仿真的方式分析板式热交换器的传热与流动特性。86028

本文通过ANSYS建模分析,比较了普通平直板片、竖直波纹板片和人字形波纹板片的传热效果以及研究了人字形波纹板片的波纹深度和波纹间距对其传热的影响。得到了如下几个结论:对流换热系数的提高能够提高温差,使换热效果提高,但是只一味地增大对流换热系数虽然会强化传热,但是强化的效果却是越来越弱;相同外形尺寸下,人字形波纹板的传热效果最佳,其次为竖直波纹板,普通平直板的传热效果最差;人字形波纹深度的增加可以增加换热面积,提高温差,可以提高传热的效果,但是波纹深度的增长也会增加结垢;人字形波纹间距的减小会增加板片中的波纹数目,也会增加换热面积,但是相应的流体流动时的阻力也变大了。

Abstract Plate heat exchanger is a kind of high efficiency, new and compact heat exchanger, which has developed rapidly and applied widely in recent decades。 Plate heat exchanger applications greatly, especially in medicine and health care, food safety, shipbuilding, chemical industry, and due to the continuous optimization of the plate type structure, and step by step to expand its scope of application。 But because of the interior of a plate type heat exchanger flow and structure is very complicated, in order to reduce the difficulty of plate heat exchanger research。 Therefore, this paper intends to use ANSYS numerical simulation analysis of the plate heat exchanger heat transfer and flow characteristics。

This paper through the ANSYS modeling analysis, compared with the common flat plate, vertical corrugated plate tablets and herringbone corrugated plate heat transfer effect and to study the effect of Chevron bellows plate corrugation depth and corrugation pitch on the heat transfer。 We get the following several conclusions: improving the convective heat transfer coefficient can improve the temperature, improve the heat transfer effect, but only blindly increasing the heat transfer coefficient while heat transfer enhancement, but the enhancement effect is more and more weak; the same size, herringbone corrugated plate heat transfer effect is best, followed by vertical corrugated the effect of heat transfer plate, ordinary flat plate is the worst; increase the herringbone corrugation depth can increase the heat transfer area, increase the temperature difference, can improve the heat transfer effect, but the ripple depth increases scaling; shape ripple spacing decreases will increase the number of corrugated plate, will also increase the heat transfer the area, but when the corresponding fluid flow resistance increases。
