摘要矿用提升设备是连通井上和井下工作的重要枢纽,是矿井的咽喉部位。一旦矿井提升机发生事故,势必会影响到煤矿的正常运转,充分体现了矿用提升系统对煤矿生产的重要性。矿用提升机主要工作就是为地下开采工作运送物料和人员,并将开采好的煤矿运到地面。随着煤矿技术的发展,矿用提升机的运行速度越来越高,提升量也越来越大,整体向着集中化和大型化发展,因此矿用提升机能否实现安全可靠的运行越来越重要。目前矿用提升机采用的保护措施主要有电气保护和后备保护两种,但提升机过卷过放事故依然存在,轻则造成设备损坏,重则会有人员伤亡。目前,我国不管是摩擦式提升还是缠绕式提升矿井没有装设缓冲托罐装置的占到80%以上,这严重威胁到了煤矿的安全生产,如果发生安全事故,设备将会受到严重损坏,给矿场生产带来巨大的经济损失。

缓冲托罐装置由井上防过卷和井下防过放两部分组成。井上缓冲系统包括:上缓冲平台、缓冲钢丝绳、制动钢丝绳、上生根夹具、下生根夹具、变力吸能器、缓冲器、托爪等;井下缓冲系统包括:下缓冲平台、制动钢丝绳、上生根夹具、变力吸能器等。结构简单,安装方便,性能可靠,而且可以根据不同的井深、井宽、提升速度、提升重量以及井架结构来改变防过卷过放缓冲托罐装置的各项参数。总的来说,就是该缓冲系统可以随着立井提升系统的改变而改变,任何一种立井提升都可以设计出一套相应的防过卷过放缓冲托罐装置。85043
