摘要知识管理是企业或组织对知识进行采集，加工，转化，应用和保护等的知识处理全 过程。知识管理的效率已经成为现代企业竞争力提高的关键。现有的知识管理主要是基 于文档的知识管理工作，并具有通过文档名或者文档内容进行搜索的功能，搜索结果是 一篇篇的文档，之后用户需要通过眼睛查看找到的文档，从中寻找所需的精确信息，这 种知识搜索的效率低下，严重影响知识的利用效率。82333
由此，在本系统中，我们首先对企业知识进行标准化分类，形成知识类目；然后通 过这些知识类目管理企业知识文档；最后根据知识检索需要，将知识文档变成一个个的 知识点。
实验结果表明：企业通过精细化知识管理，不仅可以更好的梳理企业知识，更加准 确进行企业知识的分类，而且检索效率更高。这将大大提高现代企业知识管理的效率， 从而全面提升企业的竞争力。

Abstract Knowledge management is the whole process of knowledge processing, such as knowledge acquisition, processing, transformation, application and protection。 The efficiency of knowledge management has become the key to improve the competitiveness of modern enterprises。 The existing knowledge management is mainly based on the knowledge management of the document。 It just has one function to search by file name or content of the document, and the search result is a document。 The user needs to view the whole document to find information through their eyes, this efficiency of knowledge search is so low, which seriously affecting the efficiency of using knowledge。
Therefore, in this system, we have standardized the classification of all knowledge of the enterprise and then form the knowledge category。 We can use these knowledge categories to manage all the documents。 Finally, according to the need of knowledge retrieval, we can form the knowledge points one by one。
Experimental results show that: Enterprise can not only better sort out business knowledge, but also more accurately categorize business knowledge, and retrieval more efficient。 This will greatly improve the knowledge management efficiency of modern enterprises, and thus enhance the competitiveness of modern enterprises。
